Even though Google, Yahoo, Bing, and the other search engines all have their own algorithms they are still dependent on the searcher. Regardless of what rank your site is under a specific search term unless the searcher enters that specific term your site won’t turn up in the results.
Should I Submit My Site to Google and the Other Search Engines?
It has been my stance for quite some time now that you should never submit a site to any of the search engines. This includes Google, Yahoo!, and MSN.
The site has been up for a couple of years now and Google still can’t find it.
