Chris Makes Lance Armstrong, Team RadioShack, Oregon, and the USA Proud by doing something no other American was able to do, win the Tour of the Basque Country.
Chris started out the day 1 second behind Valverde the leader and ended up by winning the Tour by 7 seconds. Chris put in a Herculean effort in the 13.7 mile time trial with a time of 32:33:85 a full 7.197 seconds ahead of Valverde.

Congratulations Chris! Thanks for the exciting Tour of the Basque Country.
