I received a message from Shane Spiess at MacForce with an explanation about the coffee.

"I just read your review of our server event. Thank you for the B grade for MacForce and Apple. I would like to defend our decision to not serve coffee. We actually had a killer deal set-up with Starbucks to bring in some delicious hot caffeine. We were informed by the Wold Trade Center that nothing could be brought in. All catering had to be done through them and coffee was outrageously high. Perhaps a poor decision and maybe I was trying to send a message about the cost."

I will have to downgrade the World Trade Center Venue grade to a "B-".
