Technorati Blog Claim Update
Posted • August 4, 2009 • Comments Off
Technorati is Just Too Busy or Just Too Important to Even Send Me a Real email
As you probably know by now, back in July on the 29th, I tried to claim my blog in Technorati. This has turned out to be a project rather than a simple event. So far I don’t own my own blog and I haven’t placed the code “fcayphqgb7″ necessary to prove that I own my blog on it.
(Post from Search Engine Optimizician.)
I even titled a post with the verification number “fcayphqgb7″ and that didn’t even work. The site still tells me they cant find the verification number.
How long will this process take?
According to their impersonal autoresopnder message it might even take weeks.

If you’ve tried to claim your blog and received an error code, please make sure your blog adheres to the Techorati Blog Quality Guidelines http://support.technorati.com/guidelines/. If it does, there is something else causing the claim to fail and we ask for your patience. Sometimes those who want to be considered the big guys treat you as though you are a nobody while the truly big guys treat you as though you actually mattered.
I wonder if anyone has actually claimed their blog with the code they gave them to prove they owned it?
Late,
Gary Pool
