A Full Day of SEO
Tomorrow I will be attending my third straight SearchFest. Once again this year SearchFest 2009 is being held at the Oregon Zoo’s Cascade Crest Banquet Center.
The SEMpdx SearchFest is the premier Search Engine Marketing conference it the Pacific Northwest. Last years SEMpdx SearchFest ’08 was spectacular and this years looks even better.
SearchFest presents multiple learning tracks, workshops, and panel sessions that provide direct insights into the most up-to-date strategies and technological advancements in search marketing.
This year the SEMpdx SearchFest sports an all-star line up:
- Danny Sullivan, Search Engine Land
- Rand Fishkin, SEOmoz
- Vanessa Fox, Nine by Blue
- Marshall Simmonds, New York Times
- Neil Patel, CrazyEgg
- Riona MacNamara, Google
- Laura Lippay, Yahoo!
- Matt McGee, Small Business SEM
- Greg Hartnett, Best of the Web
The morning starts out with a keynote by Danny Sullivan followed by my most difficult decision of the day, whether to go to the session on Blogging:
- Rebecca Kelley – SEOmoz
- Heather Lloyd Martin – SuccessWorks
- Stoney deGeyter – Pole Position
or attend the Small Biz/Local session:
- Mary Bowling
- Matt McGee – Small Business SEM
- Greg Hartnett – Best of the Web
Are you going to be in attendance? If so I will see you there.
If not visit tomorrow to find out which one I have chosen.
Maybe I will even blog live from the floor?
Late,
Gary Pool
