Lance Armstrong returned to competitive cycling this weekend at the Amgen Tour of California. Lance is holding his own at fifth in the overall standings as day 3 begins. Lance’s teammate Levi Leipheimer last years champion is holding at second.

Fabian Canchellara won the Prologue but dropped out during stage 1. Francisco Mancebo from Rock Racing won stage 1.

Arnold Schwarzenegger was at the event and praised Lance for his efforts. Arnold granted an interview to Versus the station televising the event. Versus is hosting the interview on their website.
