No Flying Monkeys
I attended the above workshop Friday and it was a blast. I learned a lot about developing strategies for the future.
Here are some of the highlights via my notes.
The workshop comes with 2 pages of resources.
The PP slides will be emailed to all participants which will include hot links.
Flying Monkeys may be present.
Allen is giving a flying monkey explanation.

Not the flying monkeys of wizard of oz.
We will produce an outcome today.

The purpose is not to be accurate it is to learn the process, learn a skill that can be taken back to your organization.

Allen taught us how to use the strategies we came up with to be able to prepare for the future now.
This was a very interesting workshop and I plan on implementing it into the marketing strategies for my business.
